OK. Here we go. So, his toons are pretty solid when it comes to creativity in drawings, speech, and jokes. My only minor problem is that the characters sometimes talk for a little too much of an extended time, and there are some pre used assets in unnecessary places. I would put pre used / searched up from google / and Official Scratch assets in places that can't be drawn without it looking... odd. About the people talking. The lines are very accurate to something you hear in the cartoon. Those parts are great, so keep that aspect. But the thing I have with that is that characters sometimes talk for an unnecessarily extended amount of time. So, basically, keep that part, but make sure the talking is at a reasonable amount of time. (I can help with voice acting, I sure can) This is not something to take as criticism. Your cartoons are great. I just recommend using these tips to make your cartoons just as funny. I can even voice act :D
