It used to have an Orona Arca 2 hydraulic lift which has already been horribly modded by Apex Lifts in 2017! BTW, this lift is maintained by Colitas Lifts since 2025 and they added their goofy chime to it! This place also has a 2nd gen Firesweeper fire alarm system with EST Genesis speaker strobes and remote strobes + a Daikin HVAC system. Both are from 2012.
