Please view my th tos for the full extent. ] [ GENERAL ] 1. If you are a bigot/ support bigotry in general, then I have the right to refuse you my services. I do not work with MAGA, extreme right-wingests, or any of the sort. You will be blocked upon interaction. This includes trades, commissions, and conversation. i. Bigotry is defined in my terms as prejudice/ intolerance towards members of a certain group. This includes but not limited to: racism, misogyny, ableism, homophobia and transphobia. This also includes Trump supporters/defenders and users who participate in any sort of harmful behaviours. This is not an exhaustive list and should not be limited to as such. ii. Additionally, if you support or defend bigoted users, then I will refuse you my services as well. I have full rights to block you. This is no space for intolerance. 2. You may not feed any of my work through generative AI. I do not work with any sort of generative AI, and I have the right to refuse you my service if you provide me examples of AI. This will result in an immediate block. 3. By owning one of my designs or asking for an art trade, you agree to abide to the ENTIREITY of my TOS. [ ART ] 1. You may make minor edits to whatever art I may have given you. (ex. Cropping, adding text/ borders, changing Brightness/ contrast/ hue/ saturation, etc). 2. You may use/ reupload the art for personal/ non-commercial use, but only if proper credit to me (ardently) and a linkback to any of my social media (ardently on th) is provided. i. If the art includes characters that do not belong to you, additional credit to the owner(s)/ creator(s) of said characters must be provided when using/ reuploading for personal/ non-commercial use. 3. You may not use my art for any commercial use unless discussed with me beforehand. i. This means using my art to sell onto merch such as keychains, t-shirts, etc. ii. If the art includes characters that do not belong you, then you can not use the art for commercial use unless explicitly written permission from the owner(s)/ creator(s) of said characters is provided. 4. You may not claim the art as your own work, regardless of if you made any edits to the art. 5. I do not claim ownership to any of the characters/ subjects portrayed in the art. Characters belong to their respective creator(s). [ DESIGN RIGHTS ] 1. You may NOT trace, heavily reference, or claim my designs as your own. Ownership of one of my designs does not mean you can steal or copy off said design. i. This includes making “family designs” heavily inspired off my work. Please get my approval if you wish to create family designs based off my design. ii. If you make a family design without regarding my wishes, you will be blacklisted. 2. You may redesign or simplify my designs however you see fit. However, you must keep my credits as the original designer based on the appropriate social media. Do not remove my design credits. i. The only exception to this is if you communicate that you wish to remove my design credits and **I agree to it**. I will make exceptions depending if the design is heavily modified to the point past recognition. ii. Do not remove my design credits or set yourself/ someone else as the original designer, assuming or justifying that I would be okay with it otherwise. It will land you on a blacklist and a block. A link to my page is fine. 3. You may not resell any of my designs any higher than the price you’ve originally bought it for unless additional monetary value is added. i. Additionary monetary value is defined as commissioned artwork from other artists or fursuit parts. Proof of commission must be provided in either the description of the image (ex: labelling the image as $25 if that's what you bought it for) OR tracked in a worth log. Otherwise, it will not be counted and I will immediately assume it is gifted art. Please be reasonable when assigning monetary value to your personal art. ii. Gifted OR traded art does NOT equate to additional monetary value in my terms. (ex: Artfight attacks, birthday art, art trades, etc). 4. Once it is your design, it is yours. I usually do not revoke any designs, though violating my terms will prevent you from owning any of my future designs. This will depend in extreme situations. 5. I do not claim responsibility, ownership, or liability for any of my designs. Once it is out of my ownership, I do not control what the person chooses to do with the design. If someone choose to use my design in any sort of problematic way, I am not affiliated or supportive of that person's actions.
