Instead of one big Halloween Update and event in the base game of PTLB Scratch Edition- I've decided to split it up into two. IN THE BASE GAME: The maps will be decorated and there will be the new skin feature with the skin quest. IN THE DLC: It will be a side-story that takes place before Chapter 1 with the main character being Cousin. She will be going through the Paint Studio where all the artist has went rogue. A skin can be unlocked in the base game by completing this dlc.
