Dear Ceebee, This is for you, as a gift for the start of SCRATCHTOBER. (ignore any spelling mistakes please) So, I made this as a PFP for you in a Halloween ghost costume. I kept it cute so that you wouldn't throw a bowl of popcorn on your eye and bruise it AGAIN. (XD) Hehe I really love your projects.
