The Null-Pulse Torpedo (or Ghost Missile) is made not for total destruction, but infiltration. It generates a small energy bubble and creates a tear in the electromagnetic and spatial fabrics, forcing active technology inside the bubble to destabilize or shut down. This effectively leaves the enemy helpless.
ANYTHING tech based (in a 20 km radius) will be shut down. Fr, i made these because everyone relies too much on shields. These are actually cheaper than i thought.
