No, this has not been abandoned. I’ve been plotting the story this entire time and I’m actually really excited to continue it! I have some bad news, though. Probably the only similarities this will have with the original story is some of the characters and the name. The old story was stupid and not very good, so it will be a lot better, I assure you! Onto the characters: WILDFIRE She/her Skywing Profession: None Wildfire is replacing Frigid in this story. No, she is not a hybrid, she is a purebred firescales skywing. I headcanon that firescales can also have scales that look blackened and charred(it looks cool). She does not have wings(you will learn more about this in the story itself). ECLIPSE They/them Nightwing-icewing Profession: Nightwing captain Eclipse is probably the one character that changed the least. Their design was altered very little, but personality-wise, they are quite different. They are the new main character of the story(Sorry, Hazel), alongside Blackwater(next slide). Instead of seeing the future, they now have incredibly powerful mindreading. BLACKWATER He/him Nightwing-seawing Profession: Seawing Soldier Blackwater is Wayfinder’s replacement, but they hardly share anything in common. This is mostly because Wayfinder was just a Moana ripoff. Rather than being a rain-ice-night-sea, which is FAR too many tribes, he is just a Night-sea. HOATZIN He/him Skywing Profession: Skywing Soldier Hoatzin is both Crimson’s and Silver’s replacement, and is Wildfire’s brother. He’s probably the most sane of the main characters. His original design was really ugly, I’ll have to post it sometime. I don’t have much more to say here. DEATHSTALKER He/him Sandwing-Hivewing Profession: assassin Deathstalker isn’t replacing anyone, he’s a much newer role. His scales look pale and creepy in low-light areas, but he is shinier and golden in sunlight. I also don’t have much to say here, you’ll learn the personalities when you read the story.
