Madness Mountain Zone was a scrapped zone in Sonic 2 that only had concept art and wasn't in any builds. It also takes slight inspiration from Sonic 1's Marble Zone, which I thought was cool. So I added the light blue blocks from the Sonic 1 beta Remake.
