This is NOT hostile at all. I realize duckia is fully circled. Duckian units will not be attacked, as well as UFT. This is meant to be a trade and income control plan as well as a general border defense operation. This is NOT to control any nation. To increase border defense and gain more control over water ways, the crown prince has offered a shared military regiment placement. None of the countries circled will be negatively effected unless attempting to enter the placed blockades. The deal would improve border defense and general influence around surrounding countries.
