With the economic depression cutting off and heavily damaging Pennsylvania's economy, particularly in the manufacturing and energy industries, the average citizen likely isn't doing too well. In addition, with the rise of the Golden Circle, the preservation of Pennsylvania's liberty hangs in the balance. We request that Pennsylvania peacefully integrate into the G.L.U, by a 75% referendum. If they join, they stand to gain: -Economic boosts under a more moderate socialist system -A measure of political, religious, and economic autonomy similar to how the states functioned under the USA, though with slightly larger federal oversight -And economic stability and a common defense against the powers that be. (We also begin a mobilization program of 500,000 troops and prepping our air defence systems near the current border with the Golden Circle, just in case, whilst also shifting our air force, army, and missiles for retaliatory strikes.)
