This is no robot master, or the same blue-haired kid. Meet Singer Man, Dr. Light's own adopted son and Mega Man's non biological older brother. He takes every mission against Wily very seriously, especially when he lies to others to trick them that you-know-who is the bad guy. He really puts up a fight, but he wouldn't destroy Light's creations as it might disappoint him, so he just deactivates them instead for a much safer defeat. He even makes good malfunction sfx's with his own mouth that sounds so realistic, Wily wouldn't even tell the difference, even when he coded everything right.
