Table of Contents ⋮ 1 . notes 2 . rules 3 . tips 4 . prizes 5 . credits 6 . deadline Notes ⋮ ok i'm sorry for everyone that joined my past coding contests only for me to close em, but i decided that i wanted to host another one soo.. and yes i'm not going to cancel this one ok, and i'm not forcing myself to do this Rules ⋮ - please don't ask to join because everyone is allowed to join even without asking. this isn't an exclusive contest - i know the title is a bit misleading, but this is a coding contest where you make an animation. that means no games (your animations can be interactive) - ONLY if you joined one or both of my 2 previous coding contests that I cancelled, you can make your entry the same one you made for one/both of my 2 previous coding contests (you must change the template character to the one in this project if you do though) - sprites with "✄" next to its name is optional to use - put warnings in your animations if needed - please credit anything/anyone you took inspiration from in the project somewhere - CREDIT ME FOR THE ART!!! - your entry must be a remix of this project - recoloring is ok if you want to make another character or make the current character fit with the environment (there's already a 2nd character inside the project to use, but you don't have to use it) - your entry must mainly be your code and mainly be my art. you can still add some of your art if needed and get permission from others to use their code if you need it (and credit them ofc) - maximum entries you are allowed to make is 2 - if you enter, please have a spot for me to ping you of coding contest results once the coding contest ends - have fun, ok? :) Tips ⋮ - use songs that i like (i'm starting to like breakcore and i like tally hall, devi mccallion, and some vocaloid songs!) - this is a coding contest. i care about how good your code is. your code also determines the visuals of your animation, so i care about visuals too - use all parts provided - make your code entirely by you - make your animation unique!!! joining trends fine Prizes ⋮ 1st place ✁--- art / meme of an OC or character of your choice and a follow from me (if i'm already following you, you can get another art / meme) 2nd place ✃--- art of an OC or character of your choice and a follow from me (if i'm already following you, you can get another piece of art) 3rd place ✁--- small art of an OC or character of your choice and a follow from me (if i'm already following you, you can get another small piece of art) 4th-5th place ✃--- a follow from me (if i’m already following you then… i’ll think of something later) Credits ⋮ this is a credits template you can use, you don't have to, but you can if you want it code ✁--- put your username here art ✃--- song ✁--- song name and song artist characters ✃--- template character the song used inside the project is a cover by 松尾粥 and the original is by Mochiutsune Deadline ⋮ the coding contest will be open until January 3rd. extensions will be allowed if needed (just ask). i may extend the deadline myself too if i feel like more time is needed. once the deadline reaches, no more entries will be accepted. the contest will NEVER end early. have fun! if you read everything, comment "potato"
