He says he is retiring, and he says that you seem to be the perfect person for the job. He hires you for the company he works at, Racetracks Ltd., and you need to collect pumpkins. He gives you a car, and you can upgrade your car by trading in pumpkins. He says that Racetracks Ltd. need these pumpkins to create their new spooky Halloween-themed racetrack.
