I did this because I haven't been animating in 2D for a while and felt like I wasn't gaining any progress with doing 3D. So, I wanted to try doing something simple and wanted to try something called "Shift and Trace", "Trace and Shift", or whatever it is called, but I heard it's more or less you draw over your references to stay on model, but my way was that I drew over my key poses to map out where my inbetweens should be at. Another thing to note is that I also used this technique to help stay consistent with anatomy and the lengths of a character's body parts. This is more or less a test project for that very technique, and it was originally in 12 FPS but I thought of trying to up my game and do 24 instead. Let me know if you like it. Feedback really helps a ton.
