Rin leads the LOV troupe. He Remembers the pain he went through so unlike AFO he actually cares for the LOV. The grey parts on his face and body are because during an incident his powers froze him until he figured out he can freeze his own quirk. The power may seem weaker than decay but the stone is fragile and one tap or fall and it’s done for. If he has to he can squeeze the person and they will also decay
