The President has offered the senate to unite all of Irans puppets and Iran proper into one state. The proposal states all Irans puppets would be annexed into Iran proper and would turn into states under the current Iranian constitution. New states would also be carved up from southern Iran like the states of Ahvaz, Hormozgon, and Baluchestan. The senate would stay intact but new seats may be added for senators of the new states in 2038 senate elections as every state would be 3 senators. If approved more states from Iran proper would be carved out. Also leaders of our puppets 3 of the leaders would be chosen in the senate by the senate same as the new states in the south.
