Both Republic (Cascadian Republic and High Republic) scientists have initiated development on V-02, a substance designed to forcefully enhance human biology. V-02 drastically increases bone and muscle strength by absorbing heavy metals, reinforcing organic tissue, and hardening the specimen nearly tenfold. Development demanded immense sacrifice, and many early iterations cost human lives. However, those sacrifices served a vital purpose. Today, we present the first super soldier of the Republics: the Vermillion Juggernaut.
