Just press the flag and watch The Judge celebrate. "IT IS THE SPOOKY MONTH!!!!!!!"
Btw, this has no plot relevance. I just love October and Spooky Month. Scratchers I borrowed from: @fjvalenciano for the Pico vector @Duo9998 for the Darnell vector @crewmatethelast for the Darnell and Nene vector, of which I only needed for Better Nene @TheNoiseHome2 for the hood from their project "AYS: Heatwave", of which I recolored and reshaped a bit @jessetuggle for the background @Error5281 for South I can't remember who I borrowed the Boyfriend Vector from, so if you think it's yours, lmk so I can give proper credit
