The art is SUPPOSED to be overwhelming. That's kind of Shadow Eater's new gimmick... Info and explanation; Just to clear things up right away, Shadow Eater is not scrapped at all. He's still a key character in my roster, and his role is actually expanding into a new member of the ROT. The only issue with him is that, as I grow older (I'm now 18), I'd like to give my characters some virtue, and tackle more adult-ish issues; and in Shadow Eater's case, ones that aren't suitable for Scratch. So, until I figure out how to get my message across while filtering it so it's safer, Shadow Eater will not be seeing Scratch again.
A better explanation: I've developed Shadow Eater's character so he's an entity created from the dark side of the internet, which makes him very, VERY kid-unfriendly. This tackles issues such as child abduction, identity loss, g***, addiction (the really awful kind), & normalizing violence. None of these, except maybe identity loss, are at ALL safe for Scratch, so all projects, art, and songs for Shadow Eater will be on a future Youtube account, marked as 18+ so my younger audience won't be afflicted by the message Shadow Eater... is. PURGE, TAINT, BREAK, REPEAT.
