WASD or arrow keys to move. More controls and mobile controls are down further. I decided I wanted to improve my bot AI. My bots used to get stuck on corners of walls, especially in hallways. This project adds a "stuck" mode to hopefully fix that issue. Old version here: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/1382906160 This AI is probably not as complicated a maze-solving algorithm, but it technically could be more realistic because in my algorithm, the bot only knows about what it can see. Many algorithms would have the bot solve a labyrinth to get to the player, because in those algorithms, the bot knows where the player is at all times. This could be useful in one of those "3D" maze games that have a 2D level. If you need help adding it to a game I might be able to help you. There are few useful controls: - WASD arrow keys to move. - Space to spawn a bot at the mouse-pointer. - Hover over a bot and hold x to delete it. - Hover over a bot and hold c to show debug information. - Move the mouse to the top of the stage to access the menu. Menu items: -Debug mode shows current information about all the bots at once. Zero means no information shown. -Touch behavior allows you to use this on mobile: Set it to 0 to control the player with your finger. Set it to 1 to spawn a bot at your finger when you tap on the stage. Set it to 2 to delete bots by touching them with your finger. #All #AI #Bot #Algorithm
