2 Patton-class super cruisers have spent the last year and a half being retrofitted for spaceflight. The Berkly and Regent will be the vanguard of the 1st expeditionary force, the very first fleet of campanian ships to travel to believed habitable systems to establish new colonies. The ship in the background is a Hawk class colony ship using OAB's (Orbital-Ascension-Boosters) to help it clear the atmosphere. When it reaches a high enough angle, the booster will jettison and the ship will use it's engines to push it'self the rest of the way.
BTW it's early mourning so that's why it's that color.
