There were a lot of people in the city. Way too much for Two Time’s liking. They hid behind Azure the whole time, peaking out once in a while to see what was in front of them. Azure just teasingly laughed. He clearly wasn't as worried as Two Time was. “It’s not that bad, Timey! How about you stop hiding behind me…?” Azure smiled, thinking that if he showed Two Time that he wasn't that maybe they wouldn't be either. Two Time hesitated. They couldn’t shake off the fact that someone may be watching…Following. They could tell Azure about the concern, but he would most likely tell them that they’re just being paranoid and- “No one saw us leave, I promise we'll be fine!” Azure sat across from Two Time as they sat crisscrossed on the grass under a shady tree. They’d stop to get Burger King, so Azure could get the mozzarella fries he wanted, then came to rest. He held Two Time’s hands in his as he looked directly in their eyes as a way to re-assure them. It wasn’t working. “W-what make you so sure! Elder Amarah could have been looking out the window! I don’t know…I just have this horrible feeling”T hey're eyes began to water. Two Time continued to rant like this 10 more minutes before Azure finally cupped their face and k!ssed them softly. After Azure pulled away, Two Time was left stunned. They’ve k!ssed before but not unexpectedly. “Timey…?” Azure swiped his hand in front of Two Times' un-reacted face. “My Nightshade…!” Azure began to brutally shake them back and forth still they finally snapped out of it. “AH! Azu…Calm down” Two Time grunted, folding their arms trying to act mad but It was clearly not working. They finally gave up once he showed no reaction to it. Azure sighed in relief then smiled. “Are you ready to go?” He stood up, brushing himself off, reaching out his hand for Two Time to grab which they did. “Yeah, where though…?” Two Time seemed to be less paranoid than earlier and way more safer with being in the cities presence. “Hm, not sure, but we need to find a place to sleep soon.” Azure interlocked his fingers and Two Time did the same. “Not outside, right…?” Two Time said, worryingly. If they were to sleep outside, they would fear Amarah popping out of nowhere and dragging the two back. Azure laughed at the question as he held up Two Time’s hand that he was holding and k!ssed it gently. “No, dear. I’m not that crazy” Two Time side-eyed Azure when he said that. “Right, right” They laughed. They laughed for the first time in about a month. Their laugh and smile made Azure’s stomach turn. Oh how they made him ill in the best way possible. He loved them so much. “Come! There's a park we can sit at while we think of where to sleep.” Two Time pulled the love-sick Azure along. He smiled at the fact Timey looked the happiest they’ve been in awhile. He finally caught up to where they were both walking side-to-side now. The sun set as the two talked and giggled. …The bushes in the distance moved to the point where it couldn't be the wind. A black boot stepped out from the greenery. Next, a torso, an arm, and lastly…A head, It wasn’t just some random stranger though… It was Amarah.
