Son of Nagant. His father is gone. Bullies used to make fun of him for it. That helped turn him into a villain. He separated himself from other kids worried to get bullied. It turns out that it was all an illusion created to drive him into villainy made by AFO. After AFO found out about this child he knew that this kid could take down the heroes easily. So he used him for villainy tricking him into joining the evil side not on the league but as an ally.
Reniko Tsutsumi: He wanted to become a hero and almost graduated UA high. He was than used by Rin to k1ll the heroes. He than became emotionless and evil supposedly. But truly he wasn’t he was used and manipulated. with his strong quirk he truly couldn’t be stopped by a weakling or anyone at a normal hero level. His quirk is practically his mothers but he shoots several types of bullets threw his fingers which open somehow shooting. He can aim perfectly and shoot faster than Nagant could. His hair is purple like his mom’s and he goes by Hollow Nagant because he is hollow on the inside. He truly tried to become a hero but realized that the heroes are “selfish” in his mind because Rin convinced him. (he is a villain separate from the league) His mom really cared about him she tried to help him turn good even though he was a villain. When he became a hero his mother (Lady Nagant) Taught him everything. Eventually he was grabbed and started to decay but something happened where it didn’t work he was left with just a few scars like his mother’s on his face.
