You have been warned dont report me i’m begging y’all dont report me Chapter 6: Loss “..Ugh…” Shinji rolled over in his bed, onto his, staring up at the ceiling. He had a splitting headache. The last few times he’d k1lled someone, it gave him pain in his brain so harsh he felt like his head was being torn apart. “dang…..I gotta… call outta work today….” What time was it? What time had he fallen asleep? Had he slept at all or had he just spaced out? Under his eyes felt weighed down, but his actual eyelids felt nonexistent as he stared, wide-eyed, at the textured, white ceiling. ‘Pick up your phone. Pick it up. Pick it up, or you need to sl4m your head against the wall.’ He picked up his phone. Dialed his office. “..Hello?.. This is Shinji Kazama.. I’m calling out sick today… yes-… of course. Ok. Thank you.” He slowly took the phone from his ear, and tossed it back on the side table. They’d told him they’d already marked him up. It was four p.m. He’d been gone almost the whole day. ‘Feel better.’ The secretary had said. “Feel better….” And that was all he wanted. He rolled off his bed, onto the hardwood floor, hitting his shoulder on the ground when he landed. “Ugh-…damn….” He groaned, rubbing his shoulder as he winced. He laid there for a long time, staring at his hands, studying them for imperfections.. or to see if he’d not scrubbed his skin enough since his last k1ll. It was in vain. He found absolutely nothing on his hands and arms. No bl00d. No imperfections. They were clean, smooth, just how you’d expect them to be. He thought he’d successfully fooled Ryuzaki. That small act of tying his hair was perfect. Deep down he knew he didn’t tie Ryuzaki’s hair to better his chances of survival. He knew that part of him, the part that Kotone knew, the part he wanted so badly to take over, was the one that tied Ryuzaki’s hair. And for no other reason than that he thought he should have. Shinji scoffed at his own pathetic mind. “Pick a side…” He muttered. He crawled off the ground, finally, stumbling slightly as he slowly walked to his bedroom door. He had a splitting headache. Shinji guessed it was from all the drinks he’d had last night when he tried to fall asleep. He vaguely remembered having quite a few until he couldn’t see straight. Maybe not a few. Maybe more like a lot. He gripped the door handle, swung it open, and fell down again, this time, banging his knee on the doorframe. “S—-!” He gripped his knee for a few seconds, then, rolling up his pant leg, saw that somehow a bruise was already forming. And a very dark and big one at that. “Damn…” He winced. “That’s gonna make things harder…” Limping, he got up again, this time very carefully and slowly, Shinji made his way over to the living room, where he promptly flopped on the ground, not even caring to go on the couch instead. He grabbed the TV remote off the couch cushions and flipped the channels over to the Tokyo News Station. “…news of yet another mvrder here in Tokyo, thirty two year old Yoshimi Shōhei was st4bbed to d3ath in his apartment just two days ago. Authorities have found little evidence to who the perpetrator is, but it is highly suspected that it is the same person who also mvrdered forty three year old Tahehiko Nao three days ago, thirty seven year old Yū Shinsuke last week, and thirty six year old Haruka Makoto two weeks ago.” Shinji huffed. “These people don’t seem to understand that the victims were all bad people.” ‘Haruka Makoto.’ A woman that Shinji personally held a grudge against his whole childhood and early adulthood. The woman had an affair with Shinji’s father when Shinji was no more than eight. His father left Shinji and his mother, and his mother soon became neglectful and forgetful, ‘till she drank herself to d3ath. ‘Yū Shinsuke.’ A higher manager at Shinji’s work. He regularly stole money from the company, lowering salaries for the lower workers. ‘Tahehiko Nao.’ A big time black market salesman. Shinji only knew him because he’d bought a gvn from him. Shini took him out later because he’d found out Nao had been selling not just w3apons, but people. ‘Yoshimi Shōhei.’ A cult leader who didn’t actually believe in what he preached. He just stole the money from the organization and used it for….well, we don’t want to think about what he used it for anymore. He’s d3ad. (if i get reported i’m eating everyone’s socks)
“Onto a more somber note, a hit and run took place on a residential street today.” The news reporter said. Shinji moved to turn the TV off, but froze. “The victim, twenty five year old Kotone Amano, was hit by who we now know as her boyfriend, Takeo Kaoru. It took place at………” The noise was drowned out by Shinji’s shaking breath. ‘Kotone. Kotone. No, no no no no no nononononononono-‘ His eyes were as wide as they could go, his chest heaving as he hyperventilated over and over, faster and faster. He felt tears spilling from his eyes but at that point he didn’t care. He frantically looked back up at the TV. “…have still not found where Kaoru is living..” ‘No.’ ’I know where he lives.’ ‘She told me. When I saw her.’ ’I know where that man lives.’ Story: @PandaSans765 Plot and Writing: @PandaSans765 Art: @PandaSans765 Song: Cigarettes and Feelings by The Haunt again if this gets taken down and my account gets banned i’m gonna cry
