"Sir, this is from High Command." Lt. Gen. Hedge took the letter. "What could they want from me? After they left PAST for dead?" In it, he received official orders from High Command. "In light of recent events, the generals of the Perfect Standard High Command have decided to grant the Plastic Aeronautics and Space Terminal with two-hundred million additional dollars to its current budget of eight-hundred million bringing the total to one-billion. High Command orders the Plastic Aeronautics and Space Terminal, upon the Plastic Space Center's completion, to begin development on the Project Lt. Gen. Hedge suggested to us, and also to begin development of Inter-Continental Ballistic missiles. Attached are some old records of an ICBM predecessor, dubbed the 'Finger of Armageddon.' You are to use those files and whatever research you have already collected to build 10 functional ICBMs by mid-2035 at the latest. Only then you can work on your project fully. Your research at Warehouse 7b is underway as well, the SCP Foundation will keep you updated on its progress." Derick was shocked. They had saved his agency! They finally saw its potential. The attached files would also be very useful too.
