Vaikon, a saiyan born just as any other high class saiyan, was a prodigy with a power level of 12,000. Now normally a saiyan like this would be exiled, but king vegeta got word of rumors of frieza’s plan to wipe them out, so he decided the saiyans needed a trump card.
