I had some time during my break and managed to create a version that works (which is already pretty good). Edit: I likely fixed a bug; I just added a mechanism to ensure the message actually arrives, so please let me know if you encounter any further issues. There isn't much documentation, but the "CTBCLP01" section contains example requests (of course, these won't work for you directly; I suggest visiting https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/1383873554/ to test your requests). This cloud system works exclusively on TurboWarp.
