When they woke up, it was sunrise. Hansel said to Gretel what he had done with the bread, so they soon got up to go back home. But when they got back on the path, there was no bread. Hungry birds probably went to feast on the crumbs. Now it was Hansel's turn to cry. "Hansel, don't cry. We will find our way home," said Gretel. So they went off, but soon they became lost. "I AM SO HUNGRY!" yelled both of them. They walked for what seemed like hours. After 5 hours that seemed like 5 years, they came upon a house made out of candy. The walls were made out of giant chocolate bars. The roof was made out of red-and-white gummy tiles. The windows were made of clear hard candy. The door was a giant chocolate cookie. The chimney was a candy cane. The fence was licorice. The path around the house was made of marshmallows. The trees were lollipops. The flowers were gummy worms, and the door handle was a giant jawbreaker. *OK, SO WHO BUILDS A HOUSE MADE OUT OF CANDY?!* They started eating the door, the windows, and basically everything else. Hansel was eating the roof, and Gretel was eating the glass when suddenly, the door opened. A lady came out wearing a baker's outfit. "WHO IS EATING MY HOUSE?!" she yelled. She first looked at Hansel, then Gretel. "Oh, it is just kids. Come in, come in." So they went into the house. *WHAT?! This creepy lady comes out and says, "Just come in, come in!" THESE KIDS ARE CRAZY!*
