This is a test system for the capture feature if we make Super Mario Scrodyssey. ========================================== Controls: X | Talk to Cap'n Spacebar | Throw Cappy + Uncapture ========================================== I think I did good. Thoughts? - @_PaperMario_ Pretty good for a first test! I did change a few things, though. Hope you don't mind. - @AnOkayGameDev Swapped Goombot (captured) eyes to blue and made it so cappy vanishes and reappears after capturing and uncaptureing as the hat didn't sit well on the goombot. I swapped The Toad for Cappy's cousin (and handyhat of the odyssey) Cap'n. I also changed the background for the first kingdom idea i made (see the sprite titled 'concepts') Think you can add more movement (especially jumping at least) or animations for movement? - @_PaperMario_ Added a scrolling level (not really a level but yk), brought back jumping, slope detection, and fixed a few bugs (some are still left) - @AnOkayGameDev Expanded level and added layers. Added a flag, made Cappy talk (yay!) and now we move onto the Odyssey itself! - @_PaperMario_
