★ This is a simulation I built outside of scratch using OpenGL for Python and GLSL to run all the simulation code/work on my GPU. This took 3 days to build, 90% completed, but the results are CRAZY. I feel like I should post what I make further on the internet soon. This is pretty big stuff... Tell me what you guys think. Inspiration from a few videos on black holes, images, Interstellar's Gargantua (movie) and... yea. if you wish to see more like this let me know and I will post this on my alt account @-Vortyx-Tests (btw if this was made in scratch it would be at around 0.05 fps or worse, this is very laggy and even needs to use my GPU to run with just 1-60 FPS) ★ Behind the scenes.... This does not use General Relativity, I did have the Null Geodesics equation formatted in code, but I decided to use a quick and precise approximation. So, I almost was about to use it but maybe not today. The easy parts were the physics and basic background rendering, texturing, and a flat disk along the X and Z plane... The hard part was getting the Volumetric Cloud disk to make the effect of a 3D accretion disk. Making detail to it was also difficult too, but I got it working. I am still working on optimizations for the black hole, that is the next 10% of the game to make it run smoother Realtime. :D
