When I Saw The Original Past Version For Sonic 2 CD Liked how Nice it was so instead I made my own version but instead of a peaceful city I made the city a work I progress level and made the water more Blueish than the present's Water Color And Gave it a View (I Put Full Effort Into Making This Theme Using Furnace Tracker)
Credits to Me For the Music (I Kind of Like this Theme) (This is Only For Sonic 2 CD and for nothing else) (I Used the Theme "City Hall Act 1" and Remaster it for This and Improved this designs and Made this BG Similar to Metro Station Act 1 but I Extended the looks Even more and added new stuff to give it a more newer variant!)
