This building is quite nice and features this odd generic-looking Kone roped hydraulic lift with a Swedish-English voice. This lift is rather strange as Kone would have normally put a MonoSpace EcoDisc there instead. But nope, they built a brand new hydraulic! This one runs quite efficiently, goes 1 m/s and has big pre-doors! The Bucher pump unit sounds nice too! The fire alarm in this place is a Simplex 4100ES voice evac system with white TrueAlert speaker strobes and remote strobes. The HVAC system is a nice and reliable Daikin system from 2019.
