This is the closed network system, the UKAC's own closed off version of the internet. It is separate from the outside internet and citizens may connect to the outside internet if they wish. The CNS will be funded by taxes as well as monthly bills for citizens to use it. Users can access over 23,000 services, including online shopping, banking, train ticket reservations, news, email and chat rooms. It can connect to almost every single device in the UKAC. All of these yellow lines on the screen you see are physical cables connected to signal towers which provide a network connection. LUNA is able to detect if anyone tampers with the cables and will inform the government of it and can also detect if any foreign device connects to it. There is a kill switch in case the AI goes rouge again. However, as the AI claims to be sentient we believe it will be easier to control. LUNA is also able to monitor all devices on the network, including calls and messages, to enable more efficiency in preventing crime. The AI is also currently under the supervision of project Aegis to prevent it going rouge. Project Aegis is under the joint supervision of the Secret intelligence service sections 2, 3, 4 and 5.
There are currently 9 sections in the Secret intelligence service (SIS), these are made up of the following: S1, in charge of administration and the co-ordination of all the other sections S2, in charge of censorship and propaganda. (To prevent sensitive information from getting leaked and prevent foreign nations from getting influence in the nation.) S3, in charge of scientific research and development. S4, in charge of cyber security and hacking. S5, in charge of domestic counter intelligence operations. S6, in charge of foreign intelligence operations. (Currently operating in 17 countries) S7, in charge of maps and geography. (Most maps are available publicly) S8, in charge of security such as making sure that the safehouses are safe enough to hold classified information and helping agents escape danger. S9, in charge of interrogation of prisoners and gaining information. (No torture used)
