2034 sometime between February to September Iranian forces crossed the border between Azerbaijan and begun the "Baku War". Since then around 450k-1.45 million have died during this was mostly civilians. The war has ruined the reputation of former popular president Reza Azadi and has left millions of dollar lost. With the Presidential elections closing in we would announce the "End of the War" which would not likely be looked like an end to the brutal conflict. Treaty: Southern Azerbaijan would be annexed into Iran proper as its the place with the less amount of insurgent activity. The Armenian territories would be given to Armenia proper to prevent more ethnic cleansing. Baku would be occupied with it surrounding with its people to later vote to stay in Iran or to join the new Azerbaijani state. The current Irani friendly Azeri government would take power and would administrate over the rest of the Azerbaijani territories (good luck champ) Since their is no formal government to sign our deal we would sign the deal with the so called government we instated to call the war a victory.
