Welcome to Project: Cataract 3D — an experimental, high-fidelity raycasting rendering engine built entirely natively within Scratch. ⚠️ CRITICAL OPERATION NOTE: Due to the intense mathematical calculations required for realtime 3D vector processing, the engine utilizes a dual-stage pipeline layout to maximize CPU threading efficiency in the Scratch runtime environment. HOW TO RUN: 1. Click the Green Flag. 2. STAGE 1 (The Rasterizer): Watch as the high-speed Pen utility casts 3D distance vectors across the horizontal viewport to calculate geometry positions. 3. STAGE 2 (The Texture Decompressor): Once the pen sweeps across the screen, the engine will map pixel arrays onto the scene. 4. IMPORTANT: The rendering process takes roughly 20-30 seconds to fully stabilize. The engine must compile depth maps, evaluate light-baking algorithms, and slowly decompress the high-definition asset matrices. 5. Please LEAN IN and observe the screen closely during the "Finalizing Rasterization" phase to verify that your browser is properly filtering the texture coordinates without tearing. CONTROLS: Movement blocks are locked until the HD asset rendering pipeline returns a code 0 (Success) flag. Sit tight and let it load! watch it render the beginning bars and texture pixels in the beginning! if you see blue, that's the waterfall!
due to lots of lag and pen, use turbowarp. I Spent 1 year optimization coding this 3D Pen Rendering Engine. Wait for the HD textures to load at the end to see the full power of Scratch 3D! USE WITH CAUTION:
