“You act like you’re expendable. But you’re wrong.” Click the screen, there is two pieces of art!!! As soon as I noticed this parallel I knew I had to draw it. Also- I could go on about how Buck clearly doesn’t value his own life as much as his families and that’s the reason he puts their lives above his own. Like exhibit A being when he thinks Eddie’s going to get shot by Bonnie if he doesn’t do something, so he offers to give his life away to save Eddie if Earl gets him to leave. Buck says “Eddie’s all he has” in reference to Chris. Buck doesn’t think he holds as much value in Christopher’s life as Eddie does. But he’s dead wrong. You just know if he were to die, that boy and his dad would mourn him for the rest of their lives. Anyway idk why this turned into a character study, I just wanted to ramble a bit about what I’ve noticed. :] ALSO also, I paused working on my OTHER 9-1-1 art to draw this new 9-1-1 piece.
