(IDK HOW TO ADD FISH PUNS IN THIS ONE ;-;) ;Finn; It was late at night, I couldn’t get to sleep…when suddenly all I hear was- *CRASH!!!* I jolt up, startled. ‘What in ocean-nation was that???’ I fling my bedsheets and blankets to make room for my body to swop over. Barnaby was still snoozing away in his aquarium. ‘Did he REELY not hear that???’ He must’ve been a deep sleeper…i guess I’ll have to go check without him. // I walk slowly on my tip toes, trying not to wake the others. ‘Especially sprout, he has a lot of work to do’ i think to myself. I pass the toon’s door by door, until eventually I reach where the sound came from. It was…astros door? But- how, why, what happened??? He wouldn’t mind if I just took a peek…would he? It’s just for his own safety! The door widens slightly, just enough for me to see out of. There was a…black figure, it looked like it was made out of shadows and…nightmares. It was thin and tall with…four arms… was t-this Astro? It couldn’t be! Astro would never look like this by choice…and I don’t think he would ever put himself in an unhealthy state. The figure started mumbling…i couldn’t make it out but it looked like it was…drooling some black liquid? It turned towards the door…had it seen me? I don’t know but I was frozen with fear. I need to get out of here, I don’t wanna take any chances! My feet started to shake, and the next thing I know I find myself stumbling over my two own feet. I try my best to sprint without making a creak. From down the hall I hear a deep and shattered voice say “ The moon is watching. And it is very hungry.” I shudder with fear- I get knock down, and I glance up. “Finn?” END OF CHAPTER 4
