Wanted to practice with watery effects & stuff (you can't really see it but the sprites are watery I swear) (And the tweening is like rlly blocky on purpose trust it's for the vibes) Also I made a (mostly) smooth sliding bg loop aren't I so cool guys /j lol but I'm proud of the bg effects :,3
