It features a rather cheap and slow 2008 Stannah MRL hdraulic that got a bad ThyssenKrupp mod in 2017! BTW, this lift is maintained by Colitas Lifts since 2025 and they added their goofy chime to it! This place also has a 2nd gen Firesweeper fire alarm system with EST Genesis speaker strobes and remote strobes + a Daikin HVAC system. Both are from 2008.
