Someone got a redesign! .Ex is (sort of) now going to be different looking for MOST of the times I draw them! To explain, .Ex and Nex's lore has changed since they were first designed. Now, .Ex is a sort of artificial friend Nex made(Just like how taxes don't exist in Ovaris, AI is altered in my OC universe to make it all locally functioning things, that work when downloaded onto one computer or something. That way, automatons also make sense.)! And I feel like, originally, Nex didn't care how .Ex appeared and just doodled something while angry at his parents, which is .Ex's original design, which will be used still in flashbacks and such. But I feel like, realistically, over time, .Ex would become different at some point. I feel like, after Nex gets out of a slum and stops having to deal with pressure from his great-grandpa and the rest of the Siege Squad(that's just what I'm calling that bunch of OCs), he's a lot happier and finally considering that he wants his best friend in the whole wide world to look better than just some doodle, and he redesigns .Ex himself based on .Ex's description of an ideal form for them. Also, to show that .Ex still has negative effects on Nex's mental health, he is a Box Moth, a kind of invasive species :3
