So I got this news story from Google today, and apparently one of the Alabama senators clams that being a furry is a mental illness. He was talking about the aviation industry, and he stating saying that, “if your pilot, flight attendant, or aircraft controller is a furry, you’re in danger. Would you want a ‘mentally ill’ person flying you?” Wha the actual hell…first off, being a furry is a hobby, not a mental illness. Second, furries contribute so much to the economy so they can afford their suits or other items. Third, people in the aviation industry are literally one of the most focused people when it comes to their job. He had no evidence to prove that any of these are true statements; he just stated it Thankfully, he received a lot of backlash, even from other senators and former members. It’s good to see that almost everyone was against that statement.
