Here we come to a pretty normal brand new block of flats which opened in September 2016. This block of flats is quite nice and has an epic fast 1.6 m/s Orona MRL traction lift pretending to be a generic lift. As expected, it runs very efficiently and has pre-doors! The fire alarmy system in this building is a nice Simplex 4100ES voice evacuation system with white TrueAlert ES speaker strobes and remote strobes. The HVAC system is a nice Mitsubishi system too. Both are from 2016.
