On the surface level, anxiety is an intense, excessive, or persistent worry and fear about everyday situations. Physical symptoms can be sweating, sudden dizziness, hyperventilating, nausea, etc. These feelings can interfere with daily activities (see about that in the last paragraph). GAD (Generalized Anxiety Disorder) is what I am focusing on. It causes excessive worry and stress about certain situations. For me, as someone with GAD I often feel intense dread over things out of my control and I overthink. For Polariskit I intend to have Anxiety impact her as an apprentice and late kithood. Her shenanigans will start tapering out around late kithood for fear of not becoming an apprentice. Overtime, crafting will become a coping mechanism and will be a place where she can relax and not worry too much.
