New Blue Logical Unified and Efficient File System - NBFS/NBLUEFS A file system that respects what Scratch compiler you use (which will be problematic for some people because due to the accusations, and for them, you could use a alternate green flag process that halts everything when a compiler is detected) Difference from LPFS/NFS: the ">>" thing no longer exists in some parts, which makes directories even more UNIX-like, while the last ">" arrow no longer exists. Can support Forkphorus and TurboWarp depending if you want to or not. Will i ever use this? Yes, probably for newer OSes, the current OS (maybe) or probably for a USR/UX compatibility layer similar to Wine.

I specify on my operating system that i will/will not allow the use of TurboWarp or any other compiler in this project. (replace will/will not with either one of those)
