I am not responsible for any misunderstandings happening by not reading my TOS or BYI. =================================== =================================== [] General DNI [] - Just don't be hateful/rude to anyone that's it for now [] General BYI [] - If i ever ghost you, it is not intentional! I probably just forgot or didn't feel the need to reply, feel free to remind me! - I'm extremely anxious/overthink a lot so keep that in mind when interacting with me! - PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF I DID SOMETHING WRONG! - I get attached to people/consider them as friends really easily- let me know if you don't like the way I treat you as! - I often use caps, emojis, tone tags or such stuff as well as slangs/spelling mistakes on purpose- please lmk if you don't want any of this and i won't to this in your presence! [] ADOPTS/COMMISSION BYI [] - My usual TAT for commissions is a month, for adopt pays up to 6 months. I WILL try to update you as frequently as possible but please note that I'm a rather slow artist with 1hr of screen limit - I may take up to a week to accept offers- please don't drop out meantime! I just prefer overthinking stuff a bit before accepting =================================== =================================== [] GENERAL TOS (applies to both art and designs) [] - credit ginkoshroo on toyhouse when using my work, not my scratch account - Please update me with art payments! Idm waiting but you'll have to send wips at least once in 6 months! - Please pay upfront- I won't start working on commissions/etc. until then. If you lose interest in a commission I have already started working on, I'll only give you a partial refund. - I generally don't drop commissions but if that happens somehow I will give you a full refund. - If I finished my side of a design trade but you're not interested anymore, I will revoke the design I made without any further consequences. However, if this happens with an art trade, I will have to blacklist you. =================================== =================================== [] DESIGNS TOS [] - ASK BEFORE TRADING/RESELLING MY DESIGNS! - If you plan on purging a design, I might ask you to return it. If it has an additional value I will pay a comprehension dw - Let me know before moving my designs offsite. - A design is not yours until you have completed your payments. - Do not claim my designs as your own/heavily reference/copy them. Taking off inspiration is totally fine, just try to keep it to a certain level. If you're unsure, feel free to contact me, I won't bite! - Do not use my designs for anything hateful/inappropriate. I am aware I cannot control what you do with it in private but just don't share it publicly. - If you want to make commercial use of my designs (ex. make merch to sell it to other people), you'll have to pay an add-on to the original price. (BV x 3) - no N$F₩ but that should be clear tbh - Redesigning is totally fine as well as changing species etc. Just try keeping it recognizable for me though - Do not resell my designs higher than its value, especially when any types of currency was used. - Commissions, art payments etc. add extra value to a design, however, free/gift art and personal art does not. - codeword is a word/phrase related to the color blue (will specify when it is needed dw you didn’t miss anything) - I have the rights to revoke any designs made by me- though it shouldn't be happening under normal circumstances. =================================== =================================== [] ART TOS [] - use common sense - NEVER repost my art offsite unless it was made for you. - You ONLY may use my art as a banner or pfp if the displayed character belongs to you. - Do not edit my artwork unless it was made for you/you have my permission. =================================== =================================== the blacklist/greylist is privated, I always message the people in question =================================== =================================== I am well aware I sounded strict and dry, my apologies! It is just really important to me to make stuff clear :) It is nothing against you guys!! And to be honest if you use common sense most of them should be pretty easy to follow lol
