FIRST HALF. READ FIRST. Arc 1: The Beginning “ = talking / = thinking Episode Ten: Epilogue. Year: 2034 The scene slides fade from dark onto a bulletin board. *zooms onto a photo with Vincent, Nox, and Cheryll.* Vincent ) “Hello, the name’s Vincent Chalice, and I am a student at Blessing University Utah.” *slides to the right with photos with Vincent at events * Vincent ) “Ever since my first year here, I have gotten to know others better. I even met people who are similar to me, but they seem to have their own versions of my friends to push them around.” *slides onto photos with Cheryll and Nox.* Vincent ) “Cheryll’s been doing good, she’s slowing down her work and seems more relaxed than usual, but she’s still trying to help others. Nox, he’s wonderful. We sometimes argue, but we eventually make up. He keeps telling me advice on how to socialize more and it's awakeningly working.” *slides to a photo with Hazel.* Vincent ) “Our secret friend? She’s been doing great. Professor Millard’s teaching her basic skills and schooling.” *Nox interrupts*. Nox) “Hoiiiiii!” Vincent ) “N-Nox! I’m busy.” Nox) “Well, why don’t I take a turn logging in? You need to suit up before the next 2 hours! C’mon, I’m already dressed, it's your turn, plus Cheryll’s waiting.” Vincent hesitated but then agreed and got up. He kisses Nox’s cheek and heads out of the room. Nox) “hello! I’m Nox, Nox Foster. Transman- but I bet you already know *hehe*. Anyways, I think Vee was talkin about Hazel, and I gotta tell you something. Recently Hazel’s been really close to us, and she called me and Vincent her uncle! *heh heh,* she’s really wonderful- and Oh! Yeah, earlier today she called Cherry Blossom, mom! Pftttt- She was so red! Heh.” Eventually Vincent comes out fully dressed as Nox finishes up. Nox takes Vincent and heads to the stadium eventually finding Cheryll. It was graduation year. In fact, it was their final year at Blessing. The three past hallways, and remembering everything that had happened. They finally reached the stadium and waited. Everyone was there. Students, teachers, parents, everyone. Professor Millard walks up to the podium and speaks. Millard) “Hello, students, teachers, and parents. We like to take in the moment of your children’s special day. I want to say how proud we are of your children for growing up, and we love to apologize for those who have lost their kin. We appreciate it if you all would stand in silence for the fallen. After a few other speeches, they started giving out diplomas. As Vincent claims his diploma, he looks onto the crowd. There was no one, but from the right of his corner, he spots his father. Suited up with the other agents to ensure a safe ceremony, he waves at him. Vincent smiles, he waves back and heads to his seat. Nox excitedly gathers his’ and looks back. His mother and an older cousin are there, cheering him on, but the rest couldn’t come, and if course his father didn’t want to be there. Cheryll walks up, her smile slightly fading as she still misses him, but brings the smile back, and turns towards the crowd.
SECOND HALF. READ FIRST HALF FIRST. After the ceremonies, they all gather with their families as Vincent meets up with his father who’s super proud. Nox with what he sees at the most supportive members of her wealthy family. And Cheryll embracing her family. Two parents, and one older brother who’s a doctor. As they said their goodbyes, they packed up their belongings and sit down together one last time before they left. Cheryll) “So… this is it, isn't it?” Vincent) “…” Nox) “I mean, not really. It’s just the beginning.” Vincent) “yeah, you’re right. I actually can’t believe I'm gonna help research about the anomalies. Nox, where are you thinking you’ll teach?” Nox) “Well, not my hometown obviously! Perhaps yours? Depends where you work honestly my little owl.” Vinecent) “Since when were our nicknames animals? |:)” Nox) “Starting today!” They laugh and talk a bit more. Soon after they take an elevator downstairs and meet with Millard. Millard takes them to Hazel. She lies dozing and slowly wakes up as she happily brightens up when seeing the trio. Hazel) “Un-cl-es!” She nuzzles Nox and Vincent's face, blushing. She turns to Cheryll and even though the voice in her head keeps trying to deceive her, she calls Cheryll mom. Hazel) “h-e-ell-o mom.” Hazel lowers her head and Cheryll, smiling, gives her head pats. Hazel give her a nuzzle and an animal-like kiss. Millard explains that the three are leaving and why. Hazel stares, thinking and understands. She nuzzles each of them for the last time and returns to sleep. The trio leaves Millard with Hazel and they stop near the exit, looking back at this important era in this life. They say good bye and part ways with Cheryll. Vincent and Nox drive through the streets, until they reach Vincent's father’s place. He tells Nox that his father said they could stay until they can get a place of their own, as his father is busy with work. Later that day, Vincent and Nox were watching a film, when Nox lays his head on Vincent’s head and falls asleep. Vincent, seeing this, turns the tv off and falls asleep. *wakes up* Vincent) “Ahh! *huff pufff huff*. What- where am… *looks at his hands*. Why are my hands… black?
