(pronounced tah-veh) her name comes from octave :D (because she’s an octopus themed zora!) she’s a fan oc. (bro did NOT continue growing taller after 55 y/o) universe: the legend of zelda: breath of the wild species: zora age: 21 y/o physically (as a zora) but 138 y/o in hylian years (about 4 years older than sidon) occupation: n/a (more of an adventurer around hyrule) lore!: she comes from another domain. one of her parents were probably hyrulean zora and the other one was foreign. she was raised by seggin (w dad) and was best friends with “older sister” mei. she knew sidon (ARGHHH THE BABY) like an older brother as did all of the young members of the domain. and princess mipha? oh how she adored mipha. she was wonderful and kind and welcoming. she was always there when tave slipped and fell and wounded and scarred. then there was yona of the “other domain.” no, yona was “weary” and irritated. she stayed with dento as an apprentice for 30 years so far (maybe that’s a reason. they’re both kind of curt.) tave didn’t like her. but yona has soft spots for sidon, so if sidon likes her tave may as well tolerate. and yona was learning kindness from mipha. “nice influence yona has I guess?” tave had said. she doesn’t remember the hero. if he ever was a hero, all she knew him as was a hylian boy from hateno. the one best ‘friends’ (“or more!” said aryll, link’s little sister. sidon agrees they were much more. but he was just a child so maybe he didn’t get it.) with princess mipha. his name was link. he taught her to use a spear when she was younger. they say link brought to the domain (after the lynel battle) a few shock arrows. after finding out she can touch shock arrows like a normal hylian she became bolder. tried to be stronger. like that nine year old hylian boy. for what other zora could wield this dangerous arrow but her? she’s pretty sure she didn’t see link again when he turned twelve. sidon says he’s at the castle now, but what castle was there other than king dorephan’s chamber? she doesn’t remember the calamity. all she remembers is when the messenger ran up to the king and said mipha and all of the other champions were dead. that yona was devastated that her best friend had died. “don’t go, don’t go yona!” and even yona left back to her domain. sidon didn’t want to lose any more of the zora his age, any zora at all! so tave stayed for a while. a while, as in, 30 more years. no news of lady mipha coming back. no news of link. (more lore coming soon! I’m going to write her a story) "and what a bold zora she is!" said bazz after tave came back from her “wondrous venturing” after 40 years. (the heck? my lore is so straightforward)
