Capri is a 17-year-old U.A. High student with the Emitter quirk Starlight Burst, which allows him to generate and manipulate cosmic stardust energy for blinding flashes, concussive thrusts, and high-speed aerial propulsion, though overusing it causes severe dizziness. Guided by his desire to be a beacon of safety after using his light to rescue classmates during a middle school blackout, he maintains balanced hero stats (Power: 4/6, Speed: 5/6, Technique: 5/6, Intelligence: 4/6, Cooperativeness: 5/6) and utilizes advanced support gear—including Stardust Gauntlets for precise laser focusing, a tracking Cosmic Prism Visor, Radiance Batteries for emergency energy storage, and shock-absorbing Thruster Boots. In battle, he rotates between his protective Supernova Shield, his high-velocity Meteor Dash, and his obscuring Nebula Veil smog. In Class 1-A, Capri's calm and radiant nature makes him a tactical "safety valve" to help soothe Tokoyami's Dark Shadow, a relaxed tea-drinking companion to Todoroki, an unbothered rival to a furious Bakugo, and a favorite "living disco ball" for Mina and Kaminari during dorm parties.
