make an OC with a twist... im starting a series and i need one custom sprite. so can you guys make an OC for me but i give you the details instead of you creating anything u want? DETAILS FOR THE OC U MAKING FOR ME: Name: Oca Race: Saiyan Universe: Universe 7 Former Rank: Mid-class Saiyan warrior Current Status: Enemy / recurring antagonist Affiliation: Formerly part of Vegeta’s scout group Motivation: Revenge against Vegeta Background Oca was once a member of Vegeta's old scout group on Planet Vegeta. However, Vegeta eventually kicked him out because he considered Oca too weak. Oca survived the destruction of Planet Vegeta and spent the years afterward training on an unknown planet. His ultimate goal became getting revenge on Vegeta. Abilities Saiyan physiology — naturally powerful and capable of growing stronger through training. Invisibility — Oca can become invisible, making him particularly difficult to track during combat. Ki sensing — Oca can sense normal ki, allowing him to gather information about Earth's warriors. Super Saiyan — Oca discovered the transformation himself. Combat experience — He has spent years training and studying Earth's fighters. Power Oca's base form is roughly comparable to Buu Saga SSJ2 Goku. His Super Saiyan form is roughly comparable to Battle of Gods movie SSJ2 Goku. However, there's an important catch: Oca cannot sense God Ki. Because of this, his intelligence about Vegeta's current strength is incomplete. He believes Vegeta's strongest form is still Super Saiyan 2. Interestingly, Oca can sense Beast Gohan and Orange Piccolo, since they don't use God Ki in your story. That means he knows Earth's fighters have become extremely powerful—even if he doesn't fully understand Vegeta's growth.
