And the Switch dock was a guest, apparently. Click the image to view the other one. I modded it myself, it was pretty easy with software. And i even used the WiiLink mod to make weather/news/mii contest and everybody votes channels work again. This Wii was made in around 2008, while the disc drive was made in 2007. It might be that the previous owner somehow replaced it, since i did not, so this is clearly not the original disc drive since the console manufacturing date doesn't match the disc manufacturing date. But the good thing is these early 2006-2008 drives can read burned discs.
If you're wondering why it's horizontal, it's because my Wii doesn't have the stand. I might get the stand later but the horizontal position is fine for now. It is not the family edition, that is horizontal but my model is still the one with gamecube compatibility aka RVL-001.
